The Sony VAIO Notebook VGN-CR220E PC gets a Vaio Notebook rating of 4.5 out of 5.

This Sony laptop has a 14.1 inch screen which supports a resolution of 1280 X 800 pixels. This screen is actually around the medium size for Vaio notebooks. If you go larger you typically find the 15.4 inch or if you go smaller the size is generally 13.3 inch. This screen being in the middle of the Vaio notebook line makes it good for a little bit of everything. If you are going to be using more multimedia applications then a larger screen may be better for viewing movies and other media.

The Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 processor has a 2.0 GHz processor speed. This is plenty for basic everyday use and should be fast enough to run programs without problems.

It has 2GB of RAM and is upgradeable to a maximum of 4GB. For most users 2GB will be enough but for advanced users or serious computer gamers an upgrade is probably needed. The hard drive is 200GB which is quite large. The VGN-FZ250E has 250GB but 200 should be plenty for most users.

There really isn’t too much negative about this laptop. A few people say that the battery may rattle a little and also that bluetooth connectivity is an issue but besides those minor issues the system is all around a great laptop.

The Sony Vaio Notebook VGN-FZ250E/B PC gets a Vaio Notebook rating of 4.5 out of 5.

This Vaio notebook has a 15.4 inch screen which is able to support a widescreen resolution of 1280 X 800 pixels. This is a decent sized screen. It is not too big to be overly bulky but it is large enough to enjoy a vivid multimedia experience.

The Sony laptop has 2 GB of RAM memory which is enough for basic uses. If you are an avid gamer or are a more advanced computer user the RAM can be upgraded up to 4 GB.

The hard drive is 250 GB which is quite a bit for a Vaio notebook pc. This should be plenty of room even for frequent use.

The processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 and has a 2.2 GHz processor speed. Now while not the fastest processor by any means, the Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 is more than enough for most laptop users.

The main complaints about this system so far is the trial versions of software that comes installed on the system. This may take a little bit of time to remove but is a minor issue in the big picture.

Some also complain about the video card on this system. I think that the video card is definitely fine though. If you are going to be playing demanding computer games or if you are going to be using complex multimedia software then a video card upgrade may be right for you, but for the majority of users the video card on this system is appropriate and cost saving.
